The insights

To be the hospital of choice for cardiac, cardiothoracic and vascular care in Malaysia, the brand process commenced with rigorous audits and interview sessions to better comprehend the needs of consumers and stakeholders.

The mission, vision and values would later cascade into brand collaterals that encapsulate the identity effectively. For a cohesive projection, values were also distilled to the staff uniforms, environment graphics and signage.

The outcome

With an internal marketing team in place, training was conducted to successfully educate the team on brand asset usage, service standards training and communication guidelines. To ensure sustainability after project handover, manuals were issued as reference material.
